2.将中筋面粉和糖粉混合置于盆中,加入猪油

5.低筋面粉与抹茶粉混合均匀,加入猪油

6.用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀,直至没有干粉的状态时,揉合成团,包上保鲜膜,置于冰箱冷藏备用

7.将冷藏过后的油皮与油酥取出,各分割成均等的8份,搓圆成团

8.取一份油皮,擀开成圆形面皮,放一个油酥面团在中间

9.收拢面皮,包住油酥,收口朝下

18.用手按扁,成圆形面皮,.挖一勺绿豆沙,用手搓成圆形,将面皮翻面,将绿豆馅包于面皮中

19.收口捏紧后,收口朝下,滚圆,整成生坯

20.将所有生坯做完,烤盘中摆放整齐,烤箱预热,180度,上下火,中层,40分钟
